pixi 26.08 is available from 04 August 2026. It includes several bug fixes, new features, enhancements and optimizations. Reference the numbers in parentheses if you have any questions for support. You can download the latest full installer after the database update on pixi Web under Administration > Downloads. pixi 26.09 is released on 01.09.2026.

API

🟪 Enhancement: The pixiGetItemInfo and pixiSetItemInfo item API calls now support reading and updating item dimensions, customs details, and manufacturer data in a single integration flow. Category handling was also enhanced: if a category does not exist, it is created automatically and assigned to the item, simplifying item master-data maintenance. (1503089)

🟪 Enhancement: The pixiGetShippedOrders API call documentation now includes the SCountryISO2 and SCountryISO3 response fields. (1505178)

pixi Messaging

🟪 Enhancement: pixi Messaging web administration is no longer available through basic authentication. Users with the appropriate permissions can now access it from pixi Web > User Administration. (1008156)

Important: On-premises pixi installations can no longer access pixi Web Administration. We recommend using the Administration API or contacting Descartes pixi Support for assistance.
